The Firm represented clients in first impression tax cases related to  Corporation Business Tax, Nexus, Allocation and apportionment issues and Sales & Use  Tax and real estate property tax issues.  Representative clients include Fortune 500, middle market, manufacturing, utility,  construction and contractor, fabricator and healthcare companies.
